Abstract

Determining consequences of utilization of management information systems is very difficult. Measurement and reducing primary costs of management information system is the application of information technology. Any organization that can control its process or use analytic reports for making decision needs for management information system. Tendency to having and apply the latest technologies may lead to this improper speculation that information technology always mean acquiring utilization but the effect of such investment on organizations utilization is not distinct completely, improvement of utilization is one goal of applying management information system but introducing expressions entitled as conflict of utilization denotes that information technology doesnt necessarily lead to increasing utilization. In this paper management information system, concept of utilization in an organization has been considered and besides considering utilization, general approach toward utilization of management information system has been considered.
