Identification and Ranking challenges of SAJAD information system management using Fuzzy DEMATEL and ANP
Abstract
The correct use of information system managements makes decisions quickly and intelligently, and increases productivity, while the numerous challenges and barriers interfere the usage of the systems. This study is aimed to identify and prioritize the challenges and barriers of an academic information systems called SAJAD which is used in the East Azerbaijan State University of Applied Science. The analysis is based on a fuzzy DEMATEL and ANP as a hybrid Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model, to solve the relations between influenced factors, in order to find out an ideal system implementation framework. Fuzzy DEMATEL results show that financial factors, structural factors and social factors were respectively influenced on the educational factors and fuzzy ANP showed that the defect in the final statements of the SAJAD system with weight 0.083 was the most important challenge of the system.
