Abstract

In this article, a new model is presented for managers who want to have more profit & better production plan. In every manufacturing plant the managers need to know about the communication between different parts of the company to make better decisions & increase the profit. The best way to have a total to details view from a plant is using System Dynamic & Management Information System diagrams. Combination of the Information & Dynamic charts help the managers to have a better view from the organization & improve the production in the factory. The results of this article show that the usage of Dynamic & Information charts in every organization especially in manufacturing plants is useful for managers because e they can simulate the production line, Sale process & forecast the quantity of the product in future. These factors can help the managers to make better decisions for the plant & increase the profit continuously.
