In recent years, new concepts such as job satisfaction and investigating its effect on employees performance and also creating motivating collaborative programs and new encouragement and punishment systems are discussed much more than ever. Considering the conducted studies and investigations, it is concluded that the old preventive punishment systems have lost their effectiveness, and behaving with employees according to their character models and recognition of each of them individually have replaced them for reducing violations and organizational demotivation for work. Although, considering the range of validity and generality of human methods, these results cannot be confidently implemented for all levels.
