Identity, Self and Evaluative Dispositions in EFL Contexts: Towards a Developmental Socio-cognitive Psychology
Abstract
Integrating several psychological theories, this study investigated identity and disposition in EFL contexts. A sample of 101 adults participated in the experiment. The researchers gathered data using Self-Report Measure of Overall Emotion/Identity Questionnaire. The findings revealed that learners public selves had no connection with private selves.
