Abstract

Along with the development of workplace, human resources which are the most important factor of any establishment require to be promoted as well. In this way, training programs were recognized as a significant approach to boost the effectiveness of the workforce across the world. Any training is constituted by four main factors including training needs assessment, training design, training delivery, and training evaluation. In the context of the present study, these main factors are considered as the independent variables. At the same time, there are lots of elements that integrate human behavior characteristics. Commitment and attitude as the main determinants of individual characteristics were selected to be investigated in terms of their correlations with and how could be influenced by training factors. Therefore, identifying the relationship between training factors and individual characteristics is the purpose of this review. As a result, it deserves more significance, consideration and specially deliberation when organizations intend to plan and implement training programs for their employees.
